Meet Our Founder
A Message from our President and CBDO, Michael Rosito:
Recovering from a disaster, such as a fire or water damage, can be an overwhelming experience, one that is fraught with emotional and financial burdens. We understand that it is often the first time our clients have had to deal with catastrophic losses, including the difficult task of filing an insurance claim and taking stock of their remaining possessions, and all that may be lost. It is a time when they must put their lives on hold to focus on the most basic needs of themselves and their families.
Unfortunately, it is all too common for clients to become overshadowed in this process, often feeling relegated to a secondary consideration amidst the individual interests of insurance companies and restoration service providers.
As a former firefighter and current member of the department, and as someone who has spent over 30 years in the disaster relief and property restoration industry, I have personally witnessed what can make or break a successful restoration and rebuild of one's property and life.
That is why, at ClassONE, we are taking it upon ourselves to lead with a client-centric approach. Simply put, our priority is you, our clients. No matter the size of the mountain you face, we are here to support you and help you navigate the climb towards recovery.
