A Message from our Founder & CEO, Michael Rosito:

Recovering from a disaster, such as a fire or water damage, can be an overwhelming experience, one that is fraught with emotional and financial burdens. We understand that it is often the first time our clients have had to deal with catastrophic losses, including the difficult task of filing an insurance claim and taking stock of their remaining possessions, and all that may be lost. It is a time when they must put their lives on hold to focus on the most basic needs of themselves and their families.

Unfortunately, it is all too common for clients to become overshadowed in this process, often feeling relegated to a secondary consideration amidst the individual interests of insurance companies and restoration service providers.

As a former firefighter and current member of the department, and as someone who has spent over 30 years in the disaster relief and property restoration industry, I have personally witnessed what can make or break a successful restoration and rebuild of one's property and life.

That is why, at ClassONE, we are taking it upon ourselves to lead with a client-centric approach. Simply put, our priority is you, our clients. No matter the size of the mountain you face, we are here to support you and help you navigate the climb towards recovery. Before joining the property restoration industry, I had a successful career in the field of public relations. Although seemingly unrelated, both professions have taught me the invaluable skill of understanding and connecting with people and their needs. When my husband, Michael, invited me to join him at ClassONE, I had little knowledge about the industry. However, witnessing his fervor and dedication to helping those in need inspired me to embark on this rewarding endeavor. Seeing him rebuild lives by restoring homes and cherished possessions had a profound impact on me and compelled me to support his noble mission.

Now, as Co-Founder of ClassONE, I am honored to work alongside Michael as we strive to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and compassionate restoration and reconstruction services to those who have suffered unfortunate losses. Our shared objective is to establish ClassONE as a distinguished service provider that not only provides excellent customer service but also fully embodies our dedication and commitment to people and our community.

I have always believed that turning one's passion into their profession creates a powerful combination that benefits both the individual and their customers. A Message from our VP of Operations, Thomas Curtis:

I have proudly served my local fire department for over 20 years, and helping the community is incredibly fulfilling for me. It is my privilege to serve as the President of one of the largest volunteer fire departments in Lancaster County. I'm honored to hold this role and to have earned the respect of my fellow members and the community.

For nearly 30 years—essentially my entire working life—I worked in construction, tackling projects ranging from remodeling to building new homes and structures. I enjoy bringing people's visions to life and making a difference.

With my knowledge of construction and my experience in the fire service, restoration was a logical next step. I understand all too well the damage that fires can cause, and with my background in construction, I know what it takes to repair structures after major fire impacts and losses.

My combined experience lends itself well to working with insurance companies and securing agreements on what it takes to repair damaged structures.

After joining ClassONE in 2024, it didn’t take long to recognize Mike’s sincerity and commitment to helping others. His dedication to doing things efficiently, correctly, and with the client's best interests in mind forms the foundation for everything we do at ClassONE.

My journey here began as a Senior Estimator and has since grown into the Vice President of Operations role—a position I find extremely rewarding. What drives me most is the opportunity to help those affected by disasters rebuild their lives with care and compassion.
