Class One Property Restoration Hires William Hall as Field Operations Manager

Hall brings extensive construction and restoration experience to the company as it grows its mitigation services

MOUNTVILLE, PA — September 29, 2026 — Class One Property Restoration has hired William Hall as its new Field Operations Manager. Hall will oversee field operations and support the company’s growth, with a particular focus on developing its mitigation department and service offerings.


Hall brings more than 36 years of experience in carpentry and construction, along with a background in property restoration, estimating, and project management. In previous roles, he managed restoration projects from estimating and customer approval through scheduling, contractor coordination, and completion. He has also led teams, supported staff training, monitored work quality and compliance, and helped manage day-to-day operations.


“William’s depth of experience in construction and restoration will be a valuable addition as we continue to grow,” said Jessica Rosito, President and CEO of Class One Property Restoration. “His operational background will help us strengthen our field teams and further develop our mitigation services.”


In his new role, Hall will work with the company’s teams to coordinate field operations and help build the processes and capabilities needed to support continued growth.
